Groups

LGBTQIA+ Group for Adults

This group is a safe space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community (across all gender-expansive & expansive sexual-orientation spectrums) to come together and process challenges unique to you and your community. Join us for support, coping skills, and the opportunity to connect with others going through the same thing. The group is held via telehealth and open to anyone in NH who identifies as non-heterosexual and/or non-cisgender, and is age 18 or older. Please use our Contact Form to join this group.

Adolescent Communication Skills Group

In this group for teens ages 13 through 16, we will cover elements of positive, clear, and direct communication and increase member confidence in using these skills. Members can expect to better understand their personal communication style, how this impacts their relationships, and effective ways to say what they mean. This group will meet on Tuesdays from 6-7pm via telehealth starting February 7th. We will meet for a total of 8 sessions. Please reach out to co-facilitators Kerri Whitney-Beretta or Tyler Stimpson with any questions. Please use our Contact Form to get signed up.

Dungeons & Dragons
Calling all adventurers! We’ll be running groups for younger (middle school age) and older teens looking to express themselves creatively to come play in a group with a bunch of likeminded individuals. D&D offers a lot of benefits like social engagement, problem solving, decision making, self-expression,  sharing the spotlight and working together with a group. On top of all that, it’s just a really fun time.
