I believe deeply that the root of good counseling is good supervision.
I have several years of experience as a clinical supervisor, and the supervisory relationship is rooted in that parallel process between the supervisor and supervisee, which then translates to the counselor-client relationship. I love working with counselors who are just embarking on this challenging and meaningful work. It’s such a special and transformative time, and becoming part of a clinical team and learning what it is to be a counselor in a supportive environment where you’re an integral part of the team is the essential foundation to becoming a strong and confident counselor. I work from a strengths-based perspective, and we will work together to leverage your “why” into high-quality counseling work.
